Our firm engages in several areas of law, including family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, business representation, civil litigation, landlord/tenant, estate planning, criminal defense, and immigration.

An attorney with at least 2 years of experience in civil litigation. Additional experience in family law, criminal defense, and/or probate is preferred but not required. Licensure in Wisconsin is required, with additional licensure in Iowa and Illinois preferred.

Attorneys will service an approximate 90-minute radius of Milwaukee. Traveling up to 90 minutes for a court appearance each way is a regular part of the role, with a rare but occasional trip of up to 2.5 hours.
