Curtis Kupfersmith of Table Investments joins host Bryan McDonald to discuss his journey into entrepreneurship.

Curtis was raised on a ranch and started his career as a Professional rodeo cowboy in the team roping event. After a nearly fatal car crash in 2008, Curtis's mindset and beliefs were transformed dramatically which led his career focus shifting from rodeo to business. Curtis' business career started working in retail at large western retailer near Ft. Worth, Texas. In 2010 Curtis purchased his first investment property that he didn't even realize was an investment property.

In 2011 Curtis read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and his mind was awoken to a whole new world of possibilities. On a whim, he put his current house up for rent and it was rented in less than a week. From there, Curtis decided to move to OKC in 2012 to pursue a career in construction. Curtis was the logistics coordinator for a large oil & gas and dirt work construction company where he oversaw up to 40 workers on dozens of job sites day to day.

His passion for real estate investments drew him to get his real estate license in 2013, but Curtis never even intended to have a full time career in real estate. Curtis was introduced to Keller Williams around the time he got his real estate license, and that introduction turned out to be one of the largest life changing introductions he's ever had. In his first full year as a licensed Realtor, Curtis sold just under 50 properties.

He went on to grow a real estate team that was in the top 1% of real estate teams in the state of Oklahoma for 3 years in a row. Curtis' passion for real estate investing led him to co-found his current business, Table Investments with his business partner in early 2017.

Table Investments mission is to make real estate investing simple. Table Investments focuses their business mainly around helping people who live out of state find currently leased, cash flowing properties in OKC. In addition, Table Investments owns a portfolio of rental properties themselves, oversees development projects, and has recently started a property management company.
