We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney (0–10 years experience) to join our Peoria office and handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois.

This is an in-office position based in Peoria, with regular court appearances in surrounding counties.

We are open to both experienced attorneys and junior attorneys seeking mentorship and hands-on litigation experience.

• Handle a caseload in family law and/or civil litigation
• Attend court in Peoria and surrounding counties (approx. 2–3 times per week)
• Work closely with attorneys and staff in the office
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support
• Grow into increased independence and responsibility

Who We’re Looking For

We are open to candidates at different experience levels:

Experienced Attorneys (3+ years):

• Background in family law and/or civil litigation
• Ability to manage cases with increasing independence

Junior Attorneys (0–3 years):

• Licensed or awaiting bar results
• Interest in litigation and courtroom experience
• Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship

• $75,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and workload
• Compensation tied to your chosen billable target
