We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney (3+ years experience) to handle criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation matters in Iowa.

This is a primarily remote position, with in-person court appearances as needed in your local area (Des Moines, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, or nearby courts).

What You’ll Do

• Handle a caseload in criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation based on your background
• Attend court locally as required
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support
• Grow into increased responsibility and autonomy

• 3+ years of experience in criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, or a combination
• Licensed in Iowa (or pending admission)
• Able to manage cases with support and increasing independence
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• $100,000 – $150,000 base salary, based on experience and production
• Compensation tied to your chosen billable target
• 10% origination bonus on collected revenue
