We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney (2+ years experience) to handle probate and guardianship matters in Chicagoland, with additional opportunities in family law, civil litigation, or criminal defense depending on your background.

This is a primarily remote position, with in-person court appearances as needed (typically 2–3 times per week) across Cook, DuPage, and surrounding counties.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a caseload focused on probate and guardianship matters
• Support or handle additional matters in family law, civil litigation, or criminal defense depending on your experience
• Attend court in Cook, DuPage, and surrounding counties (approx. 2–3 times per week)
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support
• Build toward increased independence and responsibility

• 2+ years of experience in probate and/or guardianship
• Experience in at least one additional area (family law, civil litigation, or criminal defense) is a plus
• Licensed in Illinois
• Able to manage cases with support and increasing autonomy
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• $100,000 – $150,000 base salary, based on experience and production
