Kevin O’Flaherty is a graduate of the University of Iowa and Chicago-Kent College of Law. He has experience in litigation, estate planning, bankruptcy, real estate, and comprehensive business representation. He regularly teaches seminars on Estate Planning and Business Law. Kevin grew up in Downers Grove, Illinois, and is committed to giving back to the community both through his work as an attorney and through personal service activities. Last year he served as the Vice President of the Rotary Club of Downers Grove. For the past several years, he has chaired the Business Expo committee for Rotary GroveFest, Downers Grove’s annual summer festival. Kevin was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for Chamber 630, the Chamber of Commerce for the Downers Grove and Woodridge area.
This year, he is honored to be a recipient of Suburban Life's "Best Under 40" Award. In 2016, Kevin received an award from the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys as one of the 10 Best Attorneys for Client Satisfaction for 2016. Kevin is also active in the Willowbrook/Burr Ridge Chamber of Commerce., the Lemont Chamber of Commerce, and the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce. Kevin is licensed in Illinois, as well as the Northern District of Illinois Federal Court. He is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.In his spare time, he used to play guitar, bass, and keys in local bands, but now his evenings are spent with his three year old daughter, Paige; his one year old son, Owen; his smelly black lab, Leah; and his patient wife, Lauren.
Adam Sault manages the family law and business representation departments of O'Flaherty Law. Adam further has a background in civil litigation involving business liability representation, title insurance defense, landlord/tenant disputes, condominium/townhome matters, probate, real estate transactions among other areas.
Adam works hard to craft effective and affordable solutions to any legal issue facing his clients. He received his Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University, Cum Laude, while being a recipient of the Dean's Excellence Scholarship and James A. Baker Scholarship. He graduated with honors, from the University of Illinois at Chicago, receiving a bachelors of arts in Political Science. Adam is originally from Cary and is a member of the DuPage, Will, McHenry county and Illinois state bar associations.
Michelle Bugajsky is a graduate of Chicago Kent College of Law with an Advanced Certificate of Legal Studies in the areas of family law and estate planning. During law school, Michelle served as a judicial clerk in post degree matters for the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. She has an undergraduate degree in political science and criminal justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
At O'Flaherty Law, Michelle represents clients in all areas of family law, divorce, estate planning, probate, and guardianships. She is a certified mediator. Michelle is excellent at listening to clients and crafting her approach to their individual needs.

She is a native of Arlington Heights, and lives with her husband and their children in Naperville. Michelle is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
Attorney Sean Sullivan grew up in Naperville and is a longtime resident of Dupage County. Sean Sullivan received B.A. in Psychology at the University of Iowa and his J.D. from Western Michigan School of Law.
He has extensive experience in Business Litigation, Professional Licensing Issues, Criminal Law and Family Law and he is a sharp, tactful attorney who ensures his clients are put in the best position to win their case.Sean grew up in Naperville and is a longtime resident of Dupage County. He's an avid Chicago Cubs fan and loves watching them with his wife and dog.
Frank Serritella practices primarily in the area of family law. His experience in the family law area began while in law school when he began clerking for a prominent Child Representative/GAL in Cook County. His practice is currently expanding to include landlord tenant disputes, probate matters, breach of contract disputes, and estate planning.
Frank received his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law, and Justice with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
Frank is originally from the South Suburbs and enjoys attending baseball games with his fiancee.
Emmit practiced law for 16 years as a general practitioner in Iowa City, IA. His focus was criminal defense and civil litigation. He left the practice following a gubernatorial appointment to the Iowa Utilities Board, the economic regulator of investor-owned-utilities. After eight years on the Iowa Utilities Board Emmit joined ComEd as Regulatory Affairs Vice President. After the merger of ComEd and PECO Energy, and change in control, Emmit accepted a separation package from Exelon Corp.
