Khyra Nicole Kolidakis is an associate attorney at O’Flaherty Law, where she represents individuals and families throughout Illinois in family law, probate, and civil litigation matters. She serves clients across Cook County, DuPage County, and Will County, while maintaining the ability to practice statewide in Illinois.
Khyra earned her Juris Doctor from University of Houston Law Center after completing her undergraduate studies at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. Her educational background, combined with her litigation experience, allows her to approach legal issues with both analytical precision and practical understanding.
Khyra focuses her practice on helping clients navigate emotionally and financially significant legal matters with clarity, professionalism, and strong advocacy. She has experience handling contested family law matters, motion practice, court appearances, settlement negotiations, discovery disputes, probate-related issues, and complex client communications. She is committed to helping clients understand the legal process while developing practical strategies tailored to their individual goals and circumstances.
Known for her detail-oriented approach and responsiveness, Khyra works closely with clients through every stage of litigation and dispute resolution. She understands that legal matters involving family, finances, and future stability can be overwhelming, and she strives to provide representation that is both strategic and compassionate.
