Morgan is a dedicated advocate who brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her law practice. As a “Double Badger,” she earned B.A. degrees in Psychology, Political Science, and Legal Studies, along with a Certificate in Criminal Justice, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Prior to joining O’Flaherty Law, Morgan worked at a non-profit firm where she championed the rights of individuals in high-stakes litigation, gaining experience in Tenant Rights & Housing Law, Family Law, and Domestic Violence Law. She also served as Guardian ad Litem for juvenile restraining orders and family cases.
Her practice is defined by a commitment to helping clients navigate the often-intimidating complexities of the legal system. She strives to ensure her clients feel heard and supported while working to achieve the best possible resolution.
Outside of the courtroom, Morgan enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and hanging out with her dogs. To unwind, she likes to watch movies and shows, listen to true crime podcasts, and write poetry.
What to Expect From a Consultation
The purpose of a consultation is to determine whether our firm is a good fit for your legal needs. Although we often discuss expected results and costs, our attorneys do not give legal advice unless and until you choose to retain us.
