Have you made a sales presentation and thought "Man, I nailed that and I totally made that sale!" only to have a week go by and then follow up with that potential client only to find out that they went with another vendor. Disappointment, a little anger, sadness, these are all emotions we get when we are invested in what we do and when we don't achieve a sale, a target, an objective, we all have ways for it to get to us personally.
