We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking a Junior Associate Attorney (0–3 years experience) to join our Naperville office and assist with family law, probate/guardianship, and civil litigation matters.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Naperville, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and regular courtroom exposure in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and gradually take ownership of cases in family law, probate/guardianship, and civil litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Attend court hearings with guidance and increasing independence
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
• Work closely with attorneys and staff in the Naperville office

• Licensed in Illinois or awaiting bar results
• Interest in litigation and courtroom experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work in an in-office team environment

• $75,000 – $100,000, depending on experience and workload
• Compensation tied to your chosen billable target
