An attorney with trial experience and at least 3 years of experience in probate family law or civil litigation. Illinois license required. Wisconsin, Iowa, or Indiana licensure is a plus.

• Starting pay: $92,000 to $115,000 based on experience and production.
• 50% Health insurance premium coverage;
• 401k with 3% employer contribution after 1st year;
• 20% commission on collected billing originated by attorney;
• 10 days of vacation and 5 days of sick time, which accrue over the course of the first year
• Achievable escalating bonus structure starting at $26,000.00 per year for base levels
