A full-time Client Intake Sales and Service Specialist to join our existing team of diverse individuals. We are seeking someone who is professional, outgoing, and personable. You should enjoy working with a team of people and be punctual and reliable. Time management and the ability to multitask are a must. Must be organized, quick to learn, and adept at maintaining the utmost balance of efficiency and courtesy in client relations. You should be OK with talking to potential clients and other legal inquiries on the phone most of the day. Some of these callers may be rude and impatient. Others will have very serious legal issues. Empathy, understanding, and patience goes a long way in this role.
Experience within the service industry, sales, a professional office environment, legal office, and/or other high-volume office experience is a must. Callers can sometimes be frustrated, hard of hearing, upset about their legal matter, emotional about their situation, or rude. You should be comfortable showing empathy in these situations but also maintain a professional demeanor to instill confidence.
