Attorney Michelle Kaminski

Michelle is an associate attorney concentrating her practice primarily on probate and family law, as well as estate planning, guardianships, and business representation. While in law school, Michelle gained valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process through her externship with the Honorable John T. Carr in the Domestic Relations Division in the Circuit Court of Cook County. Michelle also gained experience in several areas of civil litigation through clerkship's at different firms in downtown Chicago, with practice areas ranging from family law to commercial litigation.  

Michelle graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2018. She is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association, as well as the Illinois State Bar Association. Michelle enjoys traveling and spending time with her black lab, AJ.
