Currently, Alivia practices general civil law including employment discrimination, contracts, real estate and property, corporate governance, trust and estates, municipality and county litigation, and civil litigation as well as family law. She completed a summer international law program with the University of Salzburg in Austria, during which she met a former United States Supreme Court Justice who taught one of the classes.
